Hanika has a passion for teaching in higher education and using technology tools to facilitate student engagement and success. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in addition to an undergraduate degree in Economics Honors and a graduate degree in Business Economics (MBE). She has also completed the Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Certificate from Centennial College and is a Quality Matters certified Peer Reviewer for asynchronous and hybrid courses. Hanika has been teaching at Centennial College in The Business School for 10+ years. She has experience teaching a variety of Economics courses in various programs across The Business School. She has developed and taught courses in various modalities–online synchronous, flipped, hybrid and asynchronous. She has been using Cengage resources for over 10 years and has also led full LMS integration for all Economics courses that use MindTap. Hanika believes in and enjoys lifelong learning.
